SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are calculated by weight at checkout.

We aim to ship your boobies the next day, but just in case we are very busy, we stipulate a processing time of 1-2 days.

 Shipping Times

All boobies are sent via Australia Post to Australia & New Zealand only.

You will receive tracking details regarding the status of your shipping, from dispatch to delivery. 

  • Australia: Standard 5-8 business days. Express 2-7 business days.
  • New Zealand: International Standard 8-13 business days.

Shipping and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The Free Nip is not responsible for any custom-related delays.

RETURN POLICY

We understand that shopping online can be tough sometimes! That’s why we make sure to disclaim all measures, volume and relevant information of each item. We also do not retouch imperfections on pictures. We take pride in assuring that we only colour correct images, only to match real tones. 

What you see, is what you get. 

But, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on all full priced items within 30 days of receipt. After receiving the item, we will refund your order to your original payment method.

Items must be unused and returned in original packaging. Failing to do so, will prevent you from receiving a refund.  

Keep in mind that refunds due to change of mind do not include all shipping charges. These will be at customer’s expense. 

If an item is damaged/faulty we will provide a full refund or exchange.

Custom boobies, Sale products and all Seconds are not eligible for return, exchange or credit, unless proven breakage whilst shipping. 

For International returns please use a reliable and trackable delivery service, as The Free Nip will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.

How To Return:

If your return meets our policy above please send us an email at returns@thefreenip.com.au including:

  • order number
  • reason for return
  • picture of the boobies in original packaging 

We will contact you back with a resolution. If return is accepted, ship your boobies in their original, undamaged packaging to:

Damaged or Faulty Items:

We do our best to ensure all boobies are quality controlled prior to dispatch. We also take plenty of care whilst packaging your orders to avoid breakages. 

But, each piece is an unique handmade item and things can happen because we are only humans. 

In the rare case of damages, please contact our Customer Care team at returns@thefreenip.com.au. Please also include a brief description of the fault. 

Refunds:

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to process, depending on your financial institution.

Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless proven breakage whilst shipping.
